The successful candidate will provide essential IT support and contribute to the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:* Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support for CIB applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.* Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.* Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.* Hardware Inventory: Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and ensure proper tracking, deployment, and disposal.* Collaboration: Work closely with Asia Hub (Hong Kong) IT and global IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.* System Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.* Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems and applications comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.* Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.* User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding of IT systems where applicable.* Business Continuity Management: Coordinate periodic business continuity drills and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan.Required Qualifications:* Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.* Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, databases and cybersecurity.* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:* Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are advantageous.* Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.**Skills:**IT Problem SolvingDon’t miss any opportunity and... upload your CV You will join our Talent Community so that we can send you future opportunities that match your profile.#
