Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project execution, teams, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, vendors, and subcontractors .
  • Prepare and review permit-to-work, risk assessments, and project safety documentation .
  • Support projects from pre-contract to completion , ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
  • Analyze tenders, technical specifications, and contracts, applying strong negotiation and cost management skills .
  • Monitor project costing, progress payments, variation works , and overall cost control.
  • Prepare and evaluate RFQs, supplier quotations, and technical proposals for tenders.
  • Represent the company in project meetings with clients and consultants.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building, M&E, or equivalent .
  • 3 years of relevant experience in M&E commercial office fit-out or automation industry (senior positions available for experienced candidates).
  • Knowledge of forms/conditions of contract and project documentation.
  • Strong skills in MS Project, MS Office , and reporting.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Automation & Control : DCS, SCADA, PLC (Siemens S7, WinCC, PCS7).
  • Instrumentation : Field instrumentation troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Design & Documentation : P&IDs, loop diagrams, datasheets, and specifications.
  • Standards & Safety : Familiarity with ANSI, IEC, ISO regulations.
  • Project Lifecycle : From planning to plant start-up.
  • Procurement & Inventory : Spare parts monitoring, equipment procurement, CMMS updates.
