What You'll Be Doing As a Flexi Barista: Craft quality coffee with care and consistency, from espresso shots to latte art. Share your coffee knowledge and passion with guests and teammates. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar, ensuring smooth café operations. Support service flow and collaborate with the front-of-house team during peak hours. As a Flexi Service Captain: Lead and support the service team to deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Create a welcoming café environment and build meaningful guest connections. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service. Handle guest feedback with confidence and positivity. What We're Looking For Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred. A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. Genuine love for coffee, food, and creating great experiences. Flexibility to work on rotating schedules, weekends, or peak hours .
