The successful candidate will contribute to evidence-based research and help develop insights that inform policies, interventions, or solutions in healthcare and related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings from research studies.
Assist in designing and implementing research projects, including data collection and analysis.
Use statistical and analytical tools to process and interpret data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and data analysts.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Applied Math, Epidemiology, Psychology, Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
Prior research experience in healthcare or related areas is preferred.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS).
Familiarity with data management and security best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience conducting research in healthcare, public health, or digital health.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in research is an advantage.
Understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and digital health initiatives.
