Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Delivery Analyst.

This role involves monitoring and tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating project documentation, dashboards, and reports, as well as assisting in resource planning, capacity tracking, and budget monitoring.

You will also coordinate and support project governance forums, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Additionally, you will support project and portfolio reporting with accurate, timely data to leadership and stakeholders.

Your expertise in risk and issue management, change control, and project initiation and closure activities will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and reports
  • Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and budget monitoring
  • Coordinate and support project governance forums
  • Support project and portfolio reporting
  • Manage risk and issue management, change control, and project initiation and closure activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Studies or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
