Overview Finance Analyst (Multinational Company) at Tangspac International Location Pasir Panjang Employment type Full-time Seniority level Not Applicable Job function Customer Service Industries Professional Organizations Responsibilities Conduct business review preparation and perform in-depth analysis to drive business performance improvement. Provide financial insights to the Business Unit/Management through monthly analysis. Prepare and analyze budgets. Handle monthly corporate reporting, including Hi-Tree (Accounting Performance Management System). Improve the accuracy of business result forecasting, with a focus on scrutinizing expense outlooks and minimizing variances between forecasts and actual results to support management. Prepare and coordinate regional meetings and workshops. Support various projects, including integration and divestiture of group companies. Maintain Tableau and create reports. Enhance current reporting and systems. Improve management reports, such as by utilizing dashboards or more visual tools. Identify inefficient processes and operations within the group and propose efficiency improvements, such as introducing new systems or eliminating unnecessary work. Correspond with HQ in Japan, other business groups, and group companies. Support audit processes. Requirements Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Committed, meticulous, and a team player. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong sense of responsibility. Ability to properly advise colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
