Join Western Union as a Solution Architect- Digital Product & Ecosystem, Asia. We are looking for candidates based in either Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines.
You will be working with a team of product managers, UIUX professionals, and engineers with a broad range of responsibilities including understanding and validation of features and functionality for digital products and applications, solution design/detailed design, partner integration, testing, and software configuration management of front and back end systems.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the market team solutioning and product architecture efforts in Asia Pacific.
Develop and implement detailed PRDs in collaboration with central product teams and developers.
Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on quality, time to market, and system interoperability.
Recommend improvements to existing software releases.
Work with a range of digital ecosystem partners on payments, wallet, cross-border, and marketplace vendors on integration, operations, and settlement issues.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
Works independently on complex projects.
Understand agile methodology and follow sprint and release UATs to ensure quality by monitoring unit test, code coverage, and integration tests.
