Terminal Operations Team Leader (Oil & Gas)Responsibilities Lead and manage the terminal operations function to ensure efficient and safe operations. Drive all-aspect service excellence. Establish effective communication between customers and internal parties, particularly in delivery needs and requirements. Plan and manage the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives. Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against key performance indicators, develop business cases for new projects, and estimate financial and resources required to deliver targets. Support Commercial Inquiries from the Commercial team on feasibility of new products or projects. Monitor and review on-site operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, environment and loss-prevention policies, rules, regulations and company standards. Ensure operations employees are trained on SHE and regulatory requirements to perform their roles effectively. Foster operational continuous process improvement. Provide leadership and manage people competencies and development. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and industry, preferably terminal operations. Good knowledge of operations, safety and product knowledge. Knowledge of safety, health and environment practices.
