Staff Nurse Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to residents in a welfare home setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Medical Services: Provide preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
  • Healthcare Management: Oversee the general health of the residents, participating in and supervising medical and nursing care routines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants.
  • Emergency Response: Assist and carry out emergency situations in the Home.
  • Reporting: Report to the Head Nursing and Therapy.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Nursing is required.
  • The candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with a valid certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
