Responsibilities Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients). Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs. Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers. Analyzing user behavior, identifying hidden needs, writing customer analysis reports, and coordinating with various departments to provide optimal customer solutions. Researching and brainstorming new methods of client acquisition based on data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Math, Business, or related fields. Foundational understanding of the financial market (e.g., CFA level 1) preferred. Past experience in sales at a traditional brokerage or financial institution is desirable. Strong communication, adaptability, relationship maintenance and sales skills, and ability to work under pressure. Passionate about crypto; industry experience is a plus.
