Creative Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and themes for event execution, including pre-opening celebrations, festive occasions, and other ad hoc client requests. Design and produce marketing materials such as event posters, flyers, banners, menus, corporate cards, emailers and more. Planning and Coordination Plan monthly menus and ad hoc event menus in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Unit Managers, Chefs and Cooks. Coordinate event props and decorations in advance, ensuring outlets are properly themed before festivities or special events. Organize and assist in planning events such as outlet pre-opening celebrations, festive occasions and special client-requested events. Manage logistics efficiently, working closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Others Create corporate collaterals such as menus, food tags, price tags, and notice posters. Maintain proper housekeeping of event props and work areas. Source and liaise with new external vendors for event collaborations and partnership opportunities. Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in a relevant field. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, and responsible. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus. Open to candidates with or without prior work experience.
