Senior Murex Consultant Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Murex applications and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Murex applications to meet business requirements. They will be responsible for developing transformation logic, creating import/export workflows, and documenting technical specifications and test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MXML/Integration Expert: Develop and implement transformation logic for source data formats to Murex understandable formats (MxML), create MxML import and export workflows using MXML Exchange, and document functional, technical specification, and test cases for integration.
  • Murex Reporting Specialist: Configure and build Murex reports for reports-based interfaces and develop custom tasks in MxML Exchange for specific processing not available through standard task library.

Requirements:

  • Murex > Integration > Exchange Workflows (MxML) knowledge
  • 8+ years of experience in Murex MXML and back-office domain
  • Good understanding of Murex architecture, post-trade workflows, and trade life cycle
  • Strong working experience on developing post-trade, confirmation, and settlement work flows on structured products
  • Experience in developing data dictionary formulas and integrating standard external systems with Murex
  • Good working knowledge of MxML Exchange module (interfaces) in MX.3, XML, XSLT, shell scripts, and SQL
