Job Title: Industrial Technical Specialist \

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial technical specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site service, maintenance, and commissioning of industrial equipment and combustion systems.

\

As an industrial technical specialist, your primary duties will include diagnosing technical faults in a timely and efficient manner at customer locations, both locally and overseas. You will also be required to prepare service documentation, including technical reports and follow-up actions after site visits.

\

In addition to these responsibilities, you will support equipment installation, calibration, and performance testing, ensuring that all service activities comply with relevant safety procedures and quality standards.

\

Your strong technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service support.

\

Requirements:

\
  • Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Prior experience in servicing or maintaining industrial or combustion-related equipment is an advantage.
  • Must be open to overseas travel for short-term work assignments.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
