Responsibilities
Ensure
ISO compliance
and strong assurance frameworks.
Lead
operations and project planning , mitigating risks and aligning with objectives.
Deliver accurate and timely
reporting
(weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
Implement
HSE benchmarks , best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage
policies, procedures, and compliance documentation .
Oversee
risk management
and investigation processes.
Strengthen
customer satisfaction
through effective communication and service delivery.
Manage
contractors/vendors
with performance evaluation standards.
Develop
team competencies
and foster a culture of learning and capability building.
Commercial Focus
– Market analysis, contract negotiation, and client/contractor relationship management.

– Driving operational efficiency, leveraging technology, and fostering ownership across teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
NEBOSH Diploma / Chartered IOSH (or equivalent).
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001,
Master's degree (OHS, HR, or Business Administration).
10+ years' experience in commercial acumen and business operations.
10+ years' Emergency Response & Crisis Management (corporate level).
Strong background in Workers' Compensation Management.
PMP Certification and proven complex project delivery.
