Senior Culinary Specialist

The Senior Culinary Specialist is a pivotal figure in our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest gastronomic standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a spotless workstation and strictly adhere to health/sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to prevent stock shortages.

Requirements:

  • Possess a certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent qualification.
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in Western cuisine, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
