Overview Beauty Consultant Responsibilities Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients’ aesthetic concerns, skin conditions, and treatment goals. Recommend suitable treatment plans, packages, and skincare solutions tailored to individual needs. Build strong client relationships through follow-up care, progress tracking, and consistent engagement. Achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets through professional, ethical consultation. Clinic & Team Operation Support day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, front-desk coordination, and service preparation. Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels of products and consumables. Participate in team briefings, training, and performance reviews , contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail consulting. Proven track record in sales performance and customer service excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English , conversational in Mandarin (Other languages is an advantage for liaising with multilingual clients). Professional, well-groomed, and confident demeanor with strong client engagement ability. Service-oriented , self-motivated, and goal-driven with a positive, growth mindset. Certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or related fields preferred. Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
