Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and conducting regular checks of restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning restrooms and replenishing amenities.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular checks of all restrooms to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, removing trash and recyclables, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be a team player with good communication skills.
  • To be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
