As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to enhance store appeal.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize business strategies.
Foster strong customer relationships and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions and brand campaigns.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

What We're Looking For

Minimum (X) years of experience in fashion retail management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of retail trends.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze data, manage stock, and implement effective action plans.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
