This will involve researching and developing new product ideas, conducting efficacy and stability testing on all new formulations, and ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Formulation: Develop innovative skincare and personal care products from concept to commercialization.
- Testing & Evaluation: Conduct efficacy and stability testing on all new formulations to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product development documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product development, specifically within cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industries.
