The key products you will handle include floor stock, hire purchase, and in-house loans. As a crucial checkpoint in the workflow, you will be expected to demonstrate strong teamwork and attention to detail. You will report to the Deputy General Manager. Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with the regulatory and banks' requirements Work closely with the Sales team to ensure there are no pending, aged cases Assist to notify and follow-up with external parties (banks, customers etc.) on outstanding cases Process and submit loan disbursements to
