CTRM/ETRM - Allegro Support Analyst

You will be a part of the Allegro Support Team in the APAC Region with a focus on providing Application Managed Services for Allegro Horizon ETRM system to global commodities trading companies. Your role will involve being a hands-on Allegro support specialist, understanding and resolving user issues, managing support incidents, and participating in global support issue resolution. You will collaborate with the global AMS team, engage with consultants to find solutions, and ensure clear communication with clients.Your responsibilities will include owning and managing operational procedures, developing an end-to-end understanding of the energy/commodity industry, and working with a dispersed team and stakeholders. You should have technical configuration experience of Allegro, familiarity with Allegro Class events (C# / .NET), and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, presentation skills, and experience in trading environments (Gas and Power) are preferred.We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with proven leadership skills, the ability to identify and solve problems creatively, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment. Experience in consulting is a plus but not essential.
