Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial reports that inform business decisions.
  • To develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets that ensure the company's financial stability.
  • To conduct thorough financial reviews and analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • To manage cash inflows and outflows effectively, ensuring smooth liquidity and minimizing financial risks.
  • To handle tax and audit matters with precision and attention to detail, maintaining strong organizational skills.
  • To take on additional projects as needed, leveraging expertise and experience to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A recognized accountancy degree qualification is essential for this role.
  • Between 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, accounting systems, and consolidated accounts is required.
  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A mature team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
