Roles & Responsibilities Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols Establish operational plans for the business function. Facilitate innovation and lead managers to manage change. Help with the innovation process within the organization. Lead managers to develop organizational and governance strategies. Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
