We also offer courses that focus on English, mathematics, life skills and employability through ASDAN programmes. All students are involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities, mainly run by teaching staff. Resulting in a rich and varied co-curricular offer for our students, with our school active and competitive in the local international school sports league across a number of sports. The school has an extensive programme of residential trips starting in Year 3 up to the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in Secondary. Job Description We are seeking an Early Years Year Group Leader with a strong commitment to inclusive education and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences for every child. At Dover Court, innovative pedagogy is grounded in a vibrant community where diversity is celebrated and every learner feels a genuine sense of belonging. As an Early Years Year Group Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Nursery and Reception year groups, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care within a play-based, inquiry-driven environment. In addition to your role as a class teacher, you will support colleagues through collaborative planning, reflective practice, and coaching, fostering a culture of professional growth and shared responsibility. You will lead the implementation of inclusive and child-centred approaches inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, ensuring that learning is responsive, creative, and grounded in the interests and experiences of the children.
