Role Overview

You will be part of the Strategic Planning and Partnerships team that supports the Assistant Director, while working closely with the Membership, Events and Pathway team, as well as other relevant external stakeholders. Your roles will involve shaping My Golf Kaki's overall strategy, monitoring and executing key strategic initiatives and tracking corporate performance—all with the goal of enhancing MGK's customer value proposition and promoting the growth of golf in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Identify and secure sponsors and partners for membership recruitment, program participation, and event collaboration. This includes, but is not limited to, partnerships with golf academies, schools, unions, corporate entities, and more
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and industry leaders to enhance MGK's value proposition, visibility, and reputation. Key areas include golf equipment and apparel, F&B, lifestyle products, and services
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Public Relations, and Membership Operations teams to promote MGK's initiatives and activities
  • Support the Pathway team's community outreach efforts by engaging with stakeholders such as the Singapore Golf Association (SGA), Singapore Professional Golfers' Association (SPGA), partner academies, and others, to foster interest in golf and meet the learning demand across Singapore
  • Assist with department budget planning and monitor key performance indicators, including recruitment, financial performance, and engagement metrics
  • Contribute to high-impact projects that strengthen MGK's position as an industry leader and help shape the future of golf in Singapore
  • Assist with other priority initiatives and duties as assigned by the Head of Department/Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Experience or knowledge of golf is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team
