Our client is a leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology and innovative healthcare solutions. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Financial Controller to join our team and drive financial excellence across APAC regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate financial policies, including local GAAP, IFRS, and other statutory requirements.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive process improvement, streamlining, and standardization across the region to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory compliance.
Support digital transformation initiatives within finance by optimizing ERP systems and leveraging automation for improved financial processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
At least 10-15 years of experience in accounting and at least 2 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in SAP is a MUST
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
