We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
  • Executing daily routines and schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and administering required administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of children at all times, particularly in areas of hygiene and supervision
  • Preparing and organizing teaching activities to meet lesson plan objectives
  • Creating a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes child development
  • Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
  • Conducting regular observations and assessments to monitor child learning progress

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Certification in Child Care or Infant Care (CPT or DPT) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Chinese language, with ability to conduct lessons and teach children using Chinese medium
  • Basic computer skills
