Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products. Experience in building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and regional partners. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field. Experience in networking with configuration, control and data planes. Experience with infrastructure technologies including developing distributed systems. Experience in developing solutions to problems. Ability to help and resolve customer-related issues, with excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Advocate and drive engineering and operational excellence. Lead the technical direction for projects, collaborating cross‑functional teams to deliver on goals.
