Objectives :

The Head of Wellness/ Telehealth will drive the commercial growth and global expansion of our wellness and Telehealth services. This is a leadership role focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market development, while ensuring operational excellence and scalability of service delivery. We are looking for a business leader with international experience—ideally with exposure to maritime or industrial sectors—who can unlock new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position our Wellness & Telehealth offering as a trusted, client-centric solution worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the commercial strategy for Wellness & Telehealth services with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
  • Develop aggressive go-to-market plans and identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
  • Leverage deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
Client Relations & Commercial Partnerships
  • Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term
