Overview Senior Butcher – Production Department Location: Senoko Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled Senior Butcher to join our Production team. You’ll be responsible for meat cutting, portioning, and ensuring quality and consistency across all products. Responsibilities Perform skilled cutting, trimming, and portioning of meats Preparing wholesale & Home deliveries Making sausages and burgers Ensure product quality, yield, and presentation meet company standards Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment cleanliness Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in butchery or meat processing Strong knowledge of meat cuts and food safety.
