Job Title: Nursing Care Provider
The primary role of the nursing care provider is to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for attending to patients' medical needs, including administering medications and giving injections.
You will be expected to provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care to meet the needs of patients, including educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and maintain the highest standards of professional practice.
As a nursing care provider, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior nurses, contributing to the development of a skilled and confident nursing team.
Furthermore, you will assist in implementing and executing all administrative and clinical nursing services within the ward, helping to drive improvements in patient care and outcomes.
By working together with our multidisciplinary team, you will help to create a positive and supportive environment that enables patients to receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and give injections as required.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
