As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us. Explore who we are and what we do through our online platforms: Website: Company Video: YouTube – My Queen Instagram: Google Reviews: See what others say about our team and culture here Job Responsibilities Baby care duties include: Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers Assist in feeding of babies Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information Monitoring of babies’ growing progress Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements Ensure Baby Safety Umbilical Care Oral and Eye Care Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager Mummy Care Duties Include: Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress Guiding mummies in breastfeeding Guiding mummies in baby care techniques Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager Working Hours 2x morning shift (preferably 1 x weekday and 1 x weekend) 11 hours per shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 hours breaktime) Tell employers what skills you have HousekeepingTreatmentInventoryHealthcareInfection ControlVital SignsPressureCashieringNursingWellbeingAmbulanceCustomer ServiceNursing CareCateringPersonal CareHome Care
