Job Title: Treasury Settlement Analyst

The role of a Treasury Settlement Analyst involves overseeing the accurate and timely processing of treasury settlement transactions within established guidelines. This includes reviewing transactions processed by team members and supporting other branches in the Asia & Oceania and East Asia regions.

A successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, enhancing the function's reputation, and meeting customer expectations. They will work in partnership with Global Markets to resolve complex enquiries and provide knowledge and guidance to external customers.

In addition, they will ensure that all daily tasks are executed in adherence to Head Office policies, applicable legislation, and departmental procedures. This includes reviewing input and transmission of payments, supporting team heads, and ensuring a high level of customer service is adopted by all team members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of treasury products, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have a proven track record of working in banking operations and be familiar with local relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in any field
  • No prior experience required, but prior banking experience advantageous
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office)
  • Good understanding of treasury products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local relevant regulations
