Job Responsibilities Ensuring proximity with IT, Business and Users on a daily basis Accountability for all the ACT & care activities delivered to the Region or Division: Overseeing delivery activities guaranteeing E2E approach, user satisfaction, quality and time to market Operational & Managerial Link with ACT & care team from offshore and onshore: Focusing on a seamless integration and consistency in ACT & care platforms Coordinator of the local expertise / advisors: Creating added value to the region/division with on-demand experts Single Point of Contact for IT & Business needs: Acting as the primary interface for business and IT demands management (definition, alignment, ...) Requirements Possessing over 15 years of extensive program, project, and service management experience in delivering solutions and services for global management and technology consulting firms, spanning various industries and technology domains. Comprehensive experience in end-to-end delivery governance, encompassing opportunity assessment, solution and deal reviews, program setup, solution delivery, and contract closure. Good understanding of relevant processes and practices (incident management, change management, request fulfillment, problem management etc.) Proficient in establishing and nurturing productive client relationships while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve targets. Experience with working with French luxury clients Good understanding of cross-country delivery and delivery management Experience in working with India delivery centres for Asian clients Excellent communication, Project management, Quality control skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
