Join us to be part of an amazing team that's dedicated to making a difference and having fun while doing that Job Description The HR Business Partner provides advice and support to leaders and middle managers on HR policies and guides them to navigate complexities or obstacles. The HRBP works with hiring managers and line managers to understand and prioritise critical skills and talent necessary for the future. He/She maps manpower and talent pool to meet immediate and future needs, reviews job specifications with recruiters, monitors recruiter performance, and oversees employee mobility and manpower plans across Montfort Care. The HRBP acts as a bridge among line managers, HR, and leadership. Job Responsibilities Manpower Planning Support line managers with manpower planning, resource mapping, and employee mobility plans Develop job details and validate against market insights Develop employee development plans with line managers and leadership for potential talent and successors Analyze manpower cost, propose investment or optimisation plans Manage recruitment with outsourced recruiters Manpower Programs Co‑develop programs with line managers where recruitment is a key challenge (e.g., career conversion programs, internship, overseas hiring) Create short‑term measures/programs to overcome policy constraints vs critical needs Employee Mobility Accountable for the Employee Mobility Target (5%-8% of workforce) Own oversight on employees in the Employee Mobility Program (EMP) Manage budget for EMP, source project grants, and ensure grant submissions meet audit requirements Employee Engagement Hold meetings with employees and managers to understand needs and obstacles Process Improvement Work with HR to improve HR processes for line managers and employees Analysis and Measurement of Impact Analyze and present survey and data results to leadership Monitor and measure the impact and outcome of programmes Qualification & Skills Educational Qualifications Bachelor/Master Degree in a related discipline Relevant Experience At least 8-10 years of working experience in HR Operations / HRBP Experience in consulting firms, social service sector or retail/hospitality is an advantage Competencies Strong knowledge in HR and employment laws Able to connect the dots between HR and front‑line operations Enjoys interactions with leaders and front‑line employees Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to drive change, build relationships and gain buy‑in from stakeholders Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective interventions Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams Committed and can‑do attitudeCurious mind and stays abreast of emerging trends and developments Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Human Resources Industry Non‑profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category Human Resources Sub Category HR Strategy & Management
