Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer, Quality & Safety to support our aerospace operations. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits, surveillance activities, and maintain the Quality Management System. Liaise with customers, OEMs, and aviation regulatory authorities on quality and airworthiness matters. Manage and maintain assigned regulatory approval certifications. Investigate quality concerns, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver aviation quality and safety-related training. Perform First Article reviews and support new capability qualification setups. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. 2 to 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
