Monee is a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with country finance teams to roll out crucial projects and new developments.
Provide guidance to local finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting related matters
Liaise and direct the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast exercises
Develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with group level requirements and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
Manage crucial projects and other group level initiatives while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, potential finance and tax risks and propose feasible solutions to the team
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Accounting or related fields
Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time working experience in Finance related roles
Big 4 accounting firm experience would be a plus
Knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) would be a plus
Strong team player with experience in leading, developing and growing teams
Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment while delivering desired results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Willing to travel to local market within Asia for business trip
