In this role, you will contribute to the development of novel food products and support research projects that drive future food innovations.
Jobs Responsibilities:
  • Assist with market research and literature reviews to identify trends in protein, plant-based, and innovative food products.
  • Ideate, design, and develop food prototypes, including sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies.
  • Support research projects on food packaging, nutrient analysis, alternative proteins, extrusion technology, beverages, and food waste valorisation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to source ingredients, materials, and equipment.
  • Document, analyse, and interpret research data; prepare progress reports and project updates.
  • Manage procurement, budgeting, and project tracking while assisting in audits and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, or Science related discipline
