About the job As part of the Business Navigation team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance to meet the store's operational needs. You will support budgeting and forecasting by translating store strategies into measurable performance indicators through analysis and benchmarking. This highly visible role involves close collaboration across functions and offers an excellent opportunity to gain deep insight into IKEA's commercial operations. Your assignment Financial Planning & Analysis Support the business plan, budget, and forecast process by translating strategies into financial scenarios and P&L outcomes. Lead monthly and annual closing procedures with full understanding of the store's P&L, ensuring compliance with IKEA accounting standards and legal requirements. Monitor and analyse key financial KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to store management to steer cost‐efficiency and profitability. Business Navigation & Performance Monitoring Provide dynamic and user‐friendly business reports and dashboards to support commercial decision‐making. Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to convert performance insights into actions, including daily sales estimates and gross profit optimisation. Conduct benchmarking and share best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Administrative & Procurement Support Oversee accurate invoice management,
