Overview
CW Talent Solutions is working with a top 10 global hedge fund to find a Systematic Trader for its Singapore office. This is your chance to work with a world-class team in one of the world’s most dynamic financial hubs.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily execution of quantitative trading strategies in real time to manage risk and capitalise on opportunities.
- Respond to evolving market dynamics in fast-moving Asian markets.
- Work closely with quant researchers and technologists to optimise trading infrastructure and strategy performance.
- Partner with development, research, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust daily trading operations.
- Contribute to platform evolution by designing and deploying new tools and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience in electronic or algorithmic trading environments.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative and adaptability — a proactive mindset for solving complex problems and thriving in change.
