About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Legal Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a legal career in the offshore industry . You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance team to support contract management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal matters. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents (e.g., charter parties, ship management agreements, service contracts). Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters affecting the company. Conduct research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the marine/offshore industry. Support internal teams (operations, HR, procurement, finance) with legal and compliance queries. Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation. Liaise with external counsel and government agencies when required. Assist in ensuring compliance with international, regional, and local maritime laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or prior exposure to corporate/maritime law is a plus. Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate law; familiarity with shipping/marine regulations is advantageous. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
