Description Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (Contract)The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. Responsibilities Support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant and other signature research programmes. Assist Principal Investigators in developing grant proposals and study plans. Engage internal and external collaborators. Supervise junior research staff in data collection, analysis and interpretation. Assist with the preparation of abstracts, posters, manuscripts and reports. Oversee the process and quality of study execution, keeping track of timelines and budgets. Lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision. Qualifications PhD in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related academic area. At least 5 years' experience in population health research. Expertise in implementation science preferred. Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills and proficiency with advanced data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (e.g., Nvivo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.
