Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain the security of the dormitory premises, including regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems. Enforce dormitory rules and regulations to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment. Monitor access points and verify the identities of visitors, residents, and staff. Security checks are conducted at entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. Respond promptly to any security-related incidents, emergencies, or alarms. Assist in crowd control during events or peak hours within the dormitory. Keep accurate logs of incidents and daily activities for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Liaise with emergency services (police, fire department, etc.) as necessary in the event of an incident. Requirements Must possess a valid Security Officer License approved by the Singapore Police Force (PLRD). Completion of mandatory security courses (e.g., WSQ Certificate in Security). Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a security role, preferably within a dormitory or residential setting. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with residents from diverse backgrounds. Physically fit to conduct routine patrols and respond to emergencies.
