We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone and via e-meet to understand their needs, provide course information, and ultimately convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Location: Central, near Bugis MRT Remuneration: Basic + Incentives + Commission (Gross salary up to $5,000 to $8,000)Clear Progression Path to Leadership Level Flexi-Cash Benefits: Use for air tickets, accommodation, dental, medical, and more Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential customers via inbound & outbound leads to introduce our courses and services. Capturing, organizing, and nurturing leads systematically to ensure no opportunities are overlooked. Prioritize tasks effectively, balance multiple responsibilities, and maximize productivity during fast-paced sales activities. Consistently engages with prospects and customers through timely follow-ups, building stronger relationships and increasing conversion rates. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Requirements Min. 1 year experience in inside sales or telemarketing, or cold-calling but minimum experiences are encouraged to apply Proficient in drafting and responding to professional emails Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
