We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team in a specialised Women's Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing concierge services, optimizing patient experience, and promoting holistic, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care. Manage patients' feedback Demonstrate nursing competencies for Gynaecology patients. Maintain and care for tools and supplies, including the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets. Exhibit assurance and competence when preparing patients for all procedures. Perform tasks such as injection, blood taking, and dispensing medication for patients. Handle billing, Medisave submission, and financial counselling for patients. Maintain quality records according to guidelines. Participate in the orientation and induction of new staff. Monitor and assess the performance of junior staff. Plan roster and staff coverage. Perform other ad hoc roles as assigned. Requirements At least 1 year of OB&G experience Valid BCLS and AED certification is a plus Immediate starter is preferred We are an equal opportunities employer.
