Job Description We are looking for passionate and dedicated Barbers to join our growing team in Singapore. At Rogue & Beyond, barbering is more than a job, it’s a craft. You’ll undergo our in-house Cutting Training Program , led by our Creative Director, to sharpen your skills and deliver world-class service. Responsibilities: Perform precision men’s haircutting, styling, and grooming services. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Maintain a clean and professional workspace at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to uphold Rogue & Beyond’s standards. Participate in training sessions, editorial projects, and brand campaigns when required. Requirements Strong interest and passion for men’s grooming. Good character, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Team player with excellent communication skills. Prior barbering experience is an advantage, but not required — full training will be provided. Basic English communication required. Social media presence/skills a plus.
