  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare agendas and ensure necessary details are provided
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Manage calendars, correspondence, and travel for management
  • Perform general office administration tasks as assigned

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in event planning and coordination of marketing activities
  • Support data collection, client management, benchmarking, and social media updates
  • Create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials
  • Contribute ideas and apply new technology/tools to enhance marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • A positive, presentable individual with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
