DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role
The Senior Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks/cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.
This role will report to Technical Manager.
As the Senior Solutions Engineer, you will:
Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting
Assist in healthcheck and upgrade for cybersecurity and network devices
Handle Project Kick off Meeting
Mounting/Relocation of cybersecurity/networks equipment
Configuration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
Migration of cybersecurity/networks equipment
User Acceptance Test
Draft documentation for project
Proactively manage customer's expectations
