Service Applications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for showcasing our products during presentations and workshops, providing technical support to customers via remote and on-site communication, ensuring the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of devices and product service testing reports are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have excellent project risk management skills, hardware expertise, architectural knowledge, HVAC systems familiarity, electrical engineering understanding, architectural design skills, energy management solutions experience, programming skills in Ruby, effective product demonstration abilities, integration testing techniques, Java development experience, brand development strategies, electronics familiarity, and an ability to learn new technologies.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for performing additional tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to showcase products during presentations and workshops.
  • Provide technical support to customers via remote and on-site communication.
  • Ensure the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of devices and product service testing reports are completed efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
