Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Clinic Nurse Assistant & Admin Role who will combine clinical nursing duties with client-facing and administrative responsibilities. This role is key in supporting both the healthcare team and ensuring an exceptional client experience within a five star hotel. Key Responsibilities Clinical Nursing Assistant Duties Work closely with other healthcare professionals such as senior nurse, physicians, health coaches, dietitian, psychologist as part of a multi-disciplinary team to jointly care for clients and initiate preventive nursing procedures. Conduct and supervise physical and functional assessments of all new and follow up clients, including taking blood and other lab samples, operating testing equipment and putting wearables on the client, under the senior nurse/physician’s supervision. Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Monitor client outcomes and contribute to care plans and wellness programs. Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment. Comply with MOH & SNB standards of nursing practices. Client-Facing & Administrative Duties Greet and register clients, schedule appointments, and handle payments. Manage reception operations, including end-of-day reconciliation. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally. Maintain medical and non-medical inventory and liaise with vendors. Support smooth daily clinic operations, ensuring a high-quality client experience. Handle other assignments required by the Management team from time to time. Requirements Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognised and reputable institution of higher learning, is actively registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, and possess at least 1 year of relevant practice experience. Applicable to Enrolled Nurses (EN). Able to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities independently. Good command of written and spoken English is essential. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment. Able to deliver a high level of professionalism and ethics in handling clients. Meticulous attention to details, discretion and confidentiality in handling clients Strong ability to multitask. Knowledge in health screening, healthy ageing, geroscience, health and lifespan extension in middle aged healthy individuals preferred. Additional post graduate qualifications in Nursing, phlebotomy certification would be highly advantageous. Having a command of other languages such as Mandarin or other Asian languages would be advantageous (such as Bahasa Indonesia).
